About
BrainBank Inc. was founded in 1999 to leverage off its founding member’s knowledge and experience in Idea & Innovation Management. Our mission is to deliver the best processes and technology, combining expert systems with professional implementation assistance; always tailored to the unique needs of client organizations.
What humbly began as an online suggestion box, morphed into an idea management system and from there rapidly evolved into a full innovation management platform. BrainBank has consistently been at the forefront of the industry’s own innovations, introducing many major advances in technology and human dynamics. This leadership has recently paved the way for one of the most innovative discoveries yet: distributed tasking.
Our Idealink technology is in use by global companies on a planetary scale; meaning that international operations can be serviced seamlessly by the same application, albeit with the unique routing, process peculiarities, currencies and languages that best suit their diverse operating and cultural DNA.
The company has been self-financed, profitable and privately-held since Day 1. The BrainBank team is comprised of highly experienced management consultants and high level technologists, all of whom have the benefit of extensive, hands-on implementation experience. The knowledge and best practices acquired in over 250 implementations are crystallized in BrainBank's products and services offering. BrainBank also relies on the strength of select partnerships, including Microsoft, EDS, Maritz and Verizon.
BrainBank's goal is to motivate and facilitate change through Idea & Inovation Management, in order to achieve superior, measurable and sustainable financial performance improvement.
