Implementation & Advisory Services
Many organizations today have come to the realization that innovation needs to be a core corporate competency. To that end, senior management is demanding that the organization become more innovative as a means to gain the competitive high-ground. In many instances, companies don’t have formal innovation processes, yet alone a department that is fully versed in the discipline. There is Marketing, IT, Accounting, Sales…but Innovation? Often it is a hastily formed group of people recruited as a result of some past experience (albeit usually in a very focused capacity, rather than an enterprise-wide initiative), or are mandated because they were more available than the next person.
Without the trained eye of experience to get a full understanding of the situation and what best practices are available to best suit the need, many of these innovation teams find themselves in a situation of paralysis by analysis.
To make innovation truly a part of your cultural and operational DNA, one often needs to take a step back in order to take two steps forward. And once you know where your going, you need a field tested plan to get you there quickly: not rocket science, just a proven, methodical and rigorous plan that will get the fast traction you need for your program in order to deliver on its brand promise.
