One-day Assessment Workshops

  • Innovation objectives analysis

Innovation means different things to different organizations. It also means different objectives in different parts of that organization, reflecting specific operating needs, collaboration networks and timelines – just to mention a few variables. Before launching an all-out Innovation effort, it is critical to understand those differences so that our process design will cater to all your organization’s operational and cultural uniqueness – and so that everyone is drawn to engage and participate on the terms that best accommodate their day-to-day routines.

  • Organizational preparedness evaluation

If one assumes that people, roles and systems will be there to service the many facets of their Innovation program, the risk is that some of the cornerstones we most expect to rely on may not show-up for the party. Running a quick inventory of CSFs along with the people and places these need to co-exist with is an integral component in assessing whether our organization can absorb the new tasking requirements that the Innovation process will engender; or whether we need to engineer some measures into existing methods to insure that our process and its response times are designed to be robust; yet fast.
