Idealink systems are completely LDAP and ADSI configurable to allow for enterprise authentication whether the system is hosted at the client’s facility or hosted on BrainBank's secure hosting infrastructure in ASP or SaaS mode. We feature an open SOAP/XML API so that you can connect your own enterprise applications and services to Idealink in order to fully leverage it’s capabilities and is the perfect addition to your Service Oriented Architecture. Idealink supports several methods to upload existing data such as Ideas, Users and/or Legacy data via a web interface when your data is uploaded using our simple CSV or XML structures. Idealink also supports the export of data to CSV and XML so that you can import and use this data in your own Reporting Engine Tool, for clients that host the application internally, we can also provide a schema of the database structure so that you can integrate Idealink with your own reporting system and customize the experience even further to a real-time level (if supported by your Reporting Software).
